She is the founder of StrongPath Wellness, shaped by years of navigating diet culture and a lifelong love of reading. Her own experience using GLP-1s revealed the gap between medications and whole-body wellness.
She and her husband, Mike, built a strength-centered alternative to the before-and-after mindset—one rooted in efficiency, community, and lasting change.

Mike Mathis is the fitness and nutrition lead behind StrongPath Wellness. A certified personal trainer and gym owner for over 25 years, he has dedicated his career to helping clients build strength that lasts.
Recognizing the limitations of traditional weight-loss approaches, Mike expanded his expertise by earning his Nutrition Coach certification to better integrate muscle preservation, practical nourishment, and long-term health.
He develops the strength programming and nutrition guidance within the StrongPath app, ensuring every path is grounded in experience, science, and real-world application.
