Hi, there! We are Joli and Mike.
We founded StrongPath together but from completely different directions.
Joli spent 13+ years in public health education, working at the intersection of behavior change, community, and wellness. Mike has been a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 25 years, with his own gym and a track record of helping people build real, lasting strength.
We saw the same gap from different angles.
Women on GLP-1 medications were getting real results — and then getting stuck. The medication quieted the food noise, but no one was helping them figure out what to do with the silence.
